Our story
Eleven years, one very fussy standard
Crystal Clean Co began with one van, two mops and a handful of holiday lets in Bedminster. We now clean around 140 homes and 22 commercial sites a month, and we still refuse to grow faster than we can train people properly.
How we work
Employed cleaners, not a booking app
Plenty of cleaning companies are really just a website that forwards your address to whoever is free. We are not that.
Everyone who comes to your home or office is on our payroll, paid above the real living wage, and covered by our insurance. They are enhanced DBS checked, references taken up, and shadowed for two weeks before working alone.
That costs us more, and it is the whole reason we can send the same person to your home every fortnight rather than a different stranger each time. It also means if something gets broken, you deal with us, not a self employed contractor and their excuses.
We are based on Feeder Road and cover most of Bristol, Bath, Keynsham, Portishead and the villages in between. If you are outside that, ask anyway and we will be straight with you.
